Senior Consultant - Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Functional Consultant

Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules in Agile mode. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations and reports for Core HR areas.

Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR
• 2+ years of experience in working on at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Absence
• Hands on experience in working on Oracle Core HR for multiple countries
• Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

• 8+ years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Candidate should be proficient in all the Core HR processes
• Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Core HR
• Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
• Experience managing team size of 5+ would be a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
• The job may entail extensive travel.
