Senior Consultant - Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Architect

Infosys is seeking an HCM Functional Architect with specialization in either Oracle Core HR, Oracle Recruitment, and Compensation the candidate will be responsible for understand the mentioned modules practices and design an Oracle Cloud solution, whilst partnering with various Client/INFOSYS teams (Common Services Team, HR IT, Global Information Security, etc.), HR business team, HR Systems Vendors, and Vendors for delivery of the end state system. Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

  • Experience on Oracle Core HR, Oracle Recruitment, and Compensation modules on Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Required to have at least 2 full life cycle implementation experience ORACLE modules mentioned above as a Functional lead /Architect in a client facing role
  • Completely conversant with the above-mentioned modules rules and practices how that interacts with the Oracle HCM cloud
  • Experience in a project where HCM system moved out from a Legacy system to the above-mentioned modules.
  • Experience working with global users and teams
  • Driving the above-mentioned modules requirements and then be able to convert that to Design and Fit gap on Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Main point of contact for all Functional requirements, design mapping, fit gap analysis and convert the same to solutions on the above-mentioned modules
  • Work with technical team members to convert business requirements and configuration setup to technical requirements documents and review technical design documents for coverage on the business requirements
  • Work with team on all issues and provide support for development tasks.
  • Lead Functional design and development of all technical components, review and give feedback for other modules which have close linkages to Compensation management and payouts
  • Provide validation of technical design.
  • Support solution validation in the phases of SIT, UAT and Go Live.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of experience with the above-mentioned modules in Oracle
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • To be able to work in Global delivery model with offshore team as onsite coordinator .
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario:$ 89004 to $ 103042
