Key Responsibilities and Key performance indicators

  • Managing Multiple Applications: Oversee multiple external websites and internal applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Change Release Coordination: Coordinate the release of changes, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
  • User Testing Coordination: Work closely with users to coordinate testing of new features and updates.
  • Security Management: Ensure all security patches are applied promptly to protect against potential vulnerabilities.
  • Compliance Adherence and Audit Support: Ensure compliance is followed and provide support during audits, addressing and rectifying any issues that arise.
  • Penetration Testing Support: Assist the security team during penetration testing exercises, review the findings, and implement necessary fixes.
  • Application Code Scan Coordination: Review static code scans results and coordinate with the security team for any necessary actions.
  • Incident Management: Manage incident responses and be on 24x7 standby for P1 issues.
  • Vendor Management: Communicate and coordinate with 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot issues and provide maintenance support.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with all stakeholders on operational status, issues, and other relevant information.
  • AEM Administration: Handle administration tasks related to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Domain Registration: Manage domain registrations for the organization.
  • Certificate Management: Manage the internal Certificate Authority (CA) server and 3rd party Managed PKI (MPKI) certificate issuance.
