• 設計の実現可能性調査を含むコンセプト設計作成の実務知識
• 部品のパッケージングと機能的側面に対するソリューションの提供
• 機械設計に従事。リリースを通して問題に対応
• 製造、品質工学、ツーリング・エンジニアリングについて技術サポートを提供
• VA/VEの取り組みに対して技術リソースを提供
• Catia V5での実務経験と豊富な実用的知識
• 国際的な法的要件についての知識

- 自動車ライト設計における４年 から１０年の経験
- 英語と日本語の N2 レベルの高い能力
- 様々なプログラムをサポートしてきた豊かな経験
- 様々な部署と連携して作業した経験
- 高いチーム管理能力
- 高い日本語の会話と読み書きスキルによる、卓越したコミュニケーション能力
- 高い分析能力とネットワーキングのスキル
- 自動車産業における業務経験
- ライトの分野における業務経験
- アジャイル手法の経験
