Senior Associate Consultant- Dassault Systems
Infosys is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant-Dassault Systems. As a Senior Associate Consultant specializing in Dassault Systems products, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive technical excellence across all stages of Software Application maintenance and support, including Incident analysis, Root cause Analysis, License management and Enhancements. You will support incidents around and enhance application environment. You will also perform root cause analysis to fix the issues. You need to support users regarding license issues, including troubleshooting and resolving license-related problems. Beyond technical execution, you will foster a culture of learning and collaboration, where best practices, innovation, and diversity are valued. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing team productivity, driving agile transformations, and providing support to meet business objectives effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate can be located anywhere in the US. This position will require travel to project locations.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Minimum 2 years of experience
Strong working experience / understanding of Dassault Systems applications such as Abaqus, Catia, CST Studio Suite, Cameo Systems Modeler, Cameo EA, Composer, DraftSight, SolidWorks, Magic Draw, Spark 3D and Teamwork Cloud.
Strong ability to collaborate in a diverse/multi-stakeholder environment, ensuring to work with other teams and with clients to meet the SLAs and deliverables of the project.

At least 2 years of experience in Application maintenance and support. You need to work on incidents and perform root cause analysis to fix the issues. Applications that require AMS support are Cameo Collaborator, SolidWorks PDM and Teamwork Cloud.
Experience with Dassault Systems License Server (DSLS) and License Use Manager (LUM) tools.
Strong analytical skills, need to support license management. Oversee the allocation, distribution and renewal of licenses. Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and policies.
You need to support license optimization by analyzing license usage patterns and implementing strategies to optimize license utilization and reduce costs.
Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, as the role involves 24/7 support coverage.
In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to "U.S. persons" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15.U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience and enthusiasm for working in a global delivery environment, managing enterprise-wide Dassault Systems applications and governance.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA/ WA/NY/CO/MD/IL/MN/NJ: $62,000 to $86,800
In Washington, DC: $63,000 to $76,600
