Scrum Master (Release Train Engineer)

Infosys is seeking a Scrum Master (Release Train Engineer)- The position will primarily be responsible for product ownership on custom IT applications. The selected candidate should have good technical knowledge, analytical ability, good communication and previous experience in leading as product owner. Candidate should have experience of managing the team and have good understanding of Incident and Problem management.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irving, TX or Richardson TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require relocation and or travel to project locations.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Sound understanding of Software Development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Serve as a liaison between Business Stakeholders, End users and IT teams.
• Experience in feasibility study, project costing, requirement analysis, change control, Cost benefit Analysis, change management, stakeholders reporting, status updates, IT implementation
• Working experience in Waterfall, Agile - Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe project management.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
• Six Sigma or PMI/PMP or Scrum Certification.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Excellent communication skills to efficiently manage client stakeholders and Infosys internal teams.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements
