In the assigned job role of Technology Consultant 2, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle in Scrum. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies with a focus on maintaining scrum team and stakeholders participation. You will develop user training programs and maintain detailed records of scrum ceremonies, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects. Required Qualifications
- Experience as Scrum Master facilitating ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand up, demos and retrospective).
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
- Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
- Conduct code reviews, make changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
- Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
- Predict the project's time and effort, cost, and scope, and identify gaps and issues.
- Ability to plan and prioritize team workloads by accurately estimating resources and timelines, proactively identify risks, monitor execution against key metrics, and adapt swiftly to contingencies to ensure optimal delivery
- Experience in Agile principle, JIRA Agile Story Management tool and scrum practices.
- Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
- Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
- Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
- Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects
- Steer project through its lifecycle and create comprehensive documents
- Ability to design architecture and provide solutions

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ or Sunrise, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
