The Role
- Support agile transformation projects at the team and portfolio level.
- Work in Agile coaching engagements, including Agile-at-scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile. Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS).
- Take on key roles in Agile delivery engagements as an Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Product Owner.
- Support lean portfolio management projects.
- Take ownership of deliverables in terms of time, quality, and effort.
- Fulfil an advisory role to our client leaders and support colleagues in the practice.
- Contribute to thought leadership, develop intellectual property and methods & tools.

We are looking for agile transformation and delivery professionals with previous consulting, industry or freelance experience.
- Solid experience in agile delivery and transformation.
- Experience and expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management.
- At least one recognized Agile qualification or certification (e.g. PSM or SAFe Scrum Master).
- Implementation experience using a recognized agile methodology.
- Hands on experience in delivering Customer centric design led technology programs.
- Proven experience in agile coaching at team level / Program Level.
- A good grasp of Product management software and Atlassian systems, such as Jira & Confluence / Azure DevOps.
- Strong team player with a strong willingness to take responsibility.
- Strong communication skills in English, second European language - German, French, etc. is a plus.
