SCCM System Administrator

Infosys is seeking a SCCM System Administrator with deep expertise in Microsoft SCCM/MECM, application packaging, task sequencing, OS deployment, and PowerShell scripting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing endpoint management solutions, ensuring efficient software delivery, patching, and automation across enterprise environments . Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Wichita KS or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
• This role may involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD). T he eligible candidates must be US Citizens only
• A minimum of 3 years' experience working with one or more of the following products: SCCM, MECM and OR Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, or 3rd party Mobile Device and/or Application Management (MDM/MAM) technologies.
• Knowledge in application packaging, SCCM, Windows 10 updates, MEM configuration & task sequence is good to have.

• Should help customers to deploy, configure and adopt the Microsoft Edge with Chromium browser, using Microsoft Endpoint Manager for deployment and configuration.
• Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Windows Update for Business (WUfB).
• PowerShell scripting skills for automation and reporting.
• Solid understanding of Windows OS internals, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Design, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure for software deployment, patch management, and compliance reporting.
• SCCM server/workstation patching, SCCM Primary Server management
• Certificates, Client Health, PKI Cert setup
• SQL Reporting also needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Analyze the existing landscape and design Windows Evergreen and Image Management in customer environment.
• Capable to bring innovations, process improvements that improves overall efficiencies.
• Submit weekly reports and participate in status meetings / project governance calls.
• Monitor the rollouts and serve as primary point of contact for any issues or escalations
