Location: Brisbane, Australia
Salary: AUD 192,845 - 209,939 Annual Gross

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Solution Architect with 18+ years of experience to lead solution design and architecture for a strategic SAP transformation program. The initiative includes a brownfield conversion to SAP S/4HANA (RISE with SAP) with a focus on Finance transformation, alongside greenfield implementations of Ariba, Concur, and SuccessFactors, integrated via SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
This role demands deep expertise in SAP architecture, integration strategy, and cross-functional solutioning. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the end-to-end landscape, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and guiding delivery teams across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and own the overall SAP solution architecture across S/4HANA, Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors, and CPI.
• Lead solution design workshops and ensure harmonization across brownfield and greenfield streams.
• Collaborate with functional leads to optimize S/4 Finance processes and integration touchpoints.
• Develop architecture roadmaps, interface designs, and data flow strategies.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the integrated SAP landscape.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation partners and internal teams.
• Support program governance, risk management, and quality assurance activities.
• Act as a key advisor to the Program Manager and business stakeholders.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
• 18+ years of experience in SAP solution architecture and delivery.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA (Finance), Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors, and CPI.
• Experience in brownfield conversion projects and hybrid SAP landscapes.
• Strong understanding of integration frameworks, middleware, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
• Experience in utilities or asset-intensive industries is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and modeling tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP certifications in S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, or CPI.
• Experience with SAP Signavio or similar process modeling tools.
• Exposure to RISE with SAP and cloud deployment models.
• Background in enterprise architecture or business transformation.
