Main activities and responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Resolving AMS Incidents in SAP SD;
- Provide clarifications about SD knowledge and interaction with business users;
- Provide feedback for Infosys Leadership;
- Incident, Task, Change and Problem Response (with RCA);
- Support the LATAM SD SAP module for Kraft Heinz.
Required Qualifications:
- Consistent experience in SAP SD ECC.
- Experience in AMS projects.
- Self oriented professional, customer oriented.
Type of work: CLT, Flexible hours.
