Main activities and responsibilities:

Candidate will be responsible for:

• Resolving AMS Incidents in SAP SD;
• Provide clarifications about SD knowledge and interaction with business users;
• Provide feedback for Infosys Leadership;
• Incident, Task, Change and Problem Response (with RCA);
• Support the LATAM SD SAP module for Kraft Heinz.

Required Qualifications:

• Consistent experience in SAP SD ECC.
• Experience in AMS projects.
• Self oriented professional, customer oriented.
