Roles & Responsibilities
- Leading or participating in the full lifecycle of SAP SD module implementation in S/4HANA, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Designing and configuring the SAP S/4HANA SD module to meet specific business requirements, including order-to-cash processes.
- Working with key users to optimize sales and distribution processes, leveraging SAP best practices.
- Gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and creating user documentation.
- Conducting unit and integration testing and providing training to end-users on the implemented solutions.
- Participating in project planning, execution, and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate with offshore team for delivery and track and report the deliverables to client.
- Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support to users, resolving issues and ensuring the smooth operation of the system.
- Assisting in pre-sales activities, such as preparing presentations, demos, and proposals.
- Participation in Proposals and RFPs.
- Good Domain knowledge in Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management.
- Working experience in the Food & Beverage industry will be an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA SD module, including its functionalities, standard configurations, and integration with other modules.
- Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes, from order management to delivery and billing.
- Hands on Configuring experience in SAP SD areas like sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management based on business needs.
- Familiarity with Advanced Intercompany Sales, Advance Returns Management, Advance ATP concepts.
- Should have good working experience on Implementations / Roll Outs / Global Production support and should be able to lead a team of SAP SD consultants in a global delivery setup.
- Full lifecycle SAP SD module Implementation Experience in SAP S/4HANA using SAP Activate methodology. Diverse experience which includes Business Process Analysis, Implementation Process, SAP System
- Ability to write RICEFW specifications for custom developments.
- Experience in consulting, including solution design, build, testing, documentation, and training.
- Ability to plan, manage, and execute projects, including timelines and resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business users, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems related to SAP S/4HANA SD.
- Preferred to be S/4HANA certified.
- Good integration knowledge with other SAP S/4HANA modules including logistics and production (MM, PP, FI, EWM, TM, etc.).
- Hands on knowledge in working with interfaces with 3rd party applications.
- Deep knowledge of SD module functionalities and processes, including enterprise structures, business partners, pricing, and logistics execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system issues and optimize configurations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders and other team members.
- Professional German speaking proficiency.
