Your Role
This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required
- Experience in managing SAP engagements including implementations, development and support projects.
- Experience working as an SAP Functional consultant (hands-on) in any module or SAP technical consultant (hands-on) prior to taking over a leadership role.
- End to End knowledge of SAP Implementation & Support methodologies
- Should have managed at least 2 end-to-end SAP S4HANA implementations including 1 S4HANA conversion program.
- Proficient in SAP project implementation methodologies (Activate & Agile)
Preferred
- Good understanding of one of SAP Functional areas and interdependency between SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
- Good hands-on experience on project management & MS office (MS project, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Should have strong analytical skills, should be team-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and coordination skills.
- Strong customer orientation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables i.e. proof-of-concepts, RFP, etc.
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
