SAP S/4 HANA Program Manager

Infosys is seeking a SAP S/4 HANA Program Manager , you will be a key player and will take end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of projects. You will lead the project(s) from beginning to end, from initial proposal through completion, to provide our clients with innovative high-quality solutions focused on their business needs. You will build and manage the project team, schedule assignments, monitor and review deliverables of project teams and ensure successful delivery and implementation. Candidate must be located within the commuting distance of Buffalo, NY or be willing to relocate to any of this location.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 13 years of experience with Information Technology.

  • Proven years of SAP engagement and project management experience.
  • Must have executed at least 2 end to end large SAP programs in Program manager roles.
  • Should have led business development and proposal response activities as anchor and with sales and value design teams for downstream revenue and new account generation.
  • Designed and managed complex SoWs and contracts including change management
  • Experience with Program governance set up and managing using KPIs
  • Hands on experience in handling global AMS / DevSecOps / ITIL based programs required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated years of overall professional experience, working with large IT ERP programs.
  • Hands on experience of end to end Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs a big plus
  • Experience of having closely worked with C-Level and Client Delivery / Project Managers for success of overall engagement and delivery
  • Should have led engagement planning and budgeting, manage engagement teams, define deliverable structure and content, facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client, direct on-time, and quality delivery of work products, manage engagement economics and manage engagement risk.
  • Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams a big plus
  • Experience with Agile/Devops and knowledge of CPG/Logistics industry a big plus
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Professional certification e.g. PMP and post-graduate degree are desired
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required in an ad hoc basis (depends on the current situation) as per the job requirements.
