SAP Record to Report Subject Matter Expert (R2R SME)
Location: Lodz, Poland
We are looking for a candidate with:
Fluent English min. B2 and Polish min. B2
5+ years of relevant working experience in the field of Record to Report (R2R) processes
Operational experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA in the context of R2R
VAT knowledge as additional advantage,
Strong customer service orientation
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Your key activities:
Daily operational work in RTR area
Apply subject expertise in evaluating business operations and R2R processes to improve
Participate in data clean-up and preparation activities for ERP implementation
Collaborate with operational and project teams to design SAP system configuration activities including building, testing, validation, and documentation of system changes
Support identification and implementation of new SAP features or enhancements to improve process efficiency
Assist in writing test plans/scripts and support testing of configurations as well as training of end-users
Create and maintain end-to-end process documentation (requirements, processes, procedures)
Analyze and interpret financial data to support data migration and validation
Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues, including reporting and data analysis
Cooperate closely with various project teams to monitor and prepare for ERP rollout
