SAP Project Manager
Infosys is seeking a SAP Project Manager
As a Project Manager you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization's financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Location for this position is Bridgewater, NJ. This position may require travel and/or relocation.

- Excellent understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes & methodologies (including Incident management, Service management, problem management, root cause analysis and Change & Release management)
- Able to manage day to day operations of service desk team, delegate tasks, manage shift rosters of team (including providing uninterrupted 24x7 support by managing and coordinating shift rotations, on-call schedules)
- Train and groom Service desk team members
- Oversee development and communication of SOPs, usage guides and FAQs for end users
- Must have handled a large team across multiple applications and suppliers
- Able to partner with internal / external IT and business stakeholders to maintain service level KPI and SLAs across applications
- Accountable for meeting customer expectations and service delivery performance
- Must have implemented continuous improvement initiatives in the AMS operations space related to ticket reduction, productivity improvement, automation and ticket elimination
- Should have experience in setting up command center control for IT and business. This includes Infrastructure monitoring, application monitoring and Business process monitoring
- Experience with generating various reports reflecting service delivery status quo and highlighting improvement opportunities and plan to achieve service excellence
- Ability to streamline and socialize support processes across the IT team and client business stake holders
