Infosys is seeking a Test Lead with experience in Salesforce Technology,
In the role of Technical Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance professional across the different stages of the Testing lifecycle. You will coordinate with stakeholders and conduct test workshop to convert the requirement specifications into test requirements and create test strategy. You will create test assurance plans, strategy and identify the components for failover, system recovery and collaborate with all the teams to meet our clients' business needs.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• 4 years of Information Technology experience
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of St. Paul, MN or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• 4 years of experience in testing Salesforce technology
• Should possess hands on skills in designing and executing complex SQL queries
• Perform test planning activities such as writing test plan, test cases, test reports, status reports, and project related activities.
• Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 4 years of experience in strong working experience with testing Salesforce technology
• 4 years of experience in Test Automation using Tricentis Tosca and/or WebDriverIO (using TypeScript) including Framework maintenance, Framework
• Optimization, Automation Strategizing, Automation Planning and Automation Test Execution
• Strong technical aptitude and experience with the software tools and techniques used in software development and automated testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into test strategy and test cases, estimating Agile testing tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build solid relationships with team members.
• Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes.
• Experience and desire to work in a team with multiple stakeholders and Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
