Infosys -- Tester

• In the role of Salesforce Tester, ensures the quality and reliability of Salesforce implementations by designing and executing comprehensive test strategies.
• Develops and maintains test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical requirements.
• Performs various types of testing including functional, regression, integration, user acceptance (UAT), and system testing across Salesforce clouds.
• Collaborates closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and validate that delivered solutions meet expectations.
• Identifies, documents, and tracks defects using standard defect tracking tools and collaborates with the development team for resolution.
• Prepare detailed test plans, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios for each release.
• Draft bug reports and troubleshoot system glitches.
• Participates in Agile ceremonies and contributes to sprint planning by estimating test efforts and aligning testing activities with development timelines.
• Stays updated with Salesforce release notes and enhancements to adapt testing strategies and identify potential risks or areas for re-testing.

Locations for this position are Mexico (Mexico City) .
Qualifications Basic

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 3-4+ years related experience in Salesforce Testing.

Mandatory Skillsets:

• Experience in Salesforce testing with strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud and Communities.
• Proficient in creating and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects.
• Ability to test across multiple Salesforce components including Lightning (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, Apex, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Experience in testing complex business workflows and integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and participation in sprint activities including test planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Proficient in defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA and ALM etc.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality.

• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
