Your role
As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

1. Client-Specific Language and Time Zone Support
• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in IT support or related roles, with proven experience in client engagement.
• The resource must be based in Spain, aligning with the client's operational location to ensure seamless collaboration and real-time support
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be able to conduct meetings and discussions in Spanish, ensuring effective client engagement.
• Must be able to support during Spain business hours, including handling Spanish-language incidents and service requests.
2. Domain Knowledge
• Must have hands-on experience in Sales Force Automation (SFA) processes and tools.
• Familiarity with TRAX is desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.

3. Experience in Support and Related Processes
• Must have prior experience in application support roles, preferably in client-facing environments.
• Should be well-versed with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools, including incident, request, and change management workflows.
4. Automation Initiatives
• Must have demonstrated experience in contributing to automation initiatives within support projects.
• Should be able to identify opportunities for automation and collaborate with engineering teams to implement solutions.
5. Proposal and Stakeholder Engagement
• Must have experience in participating in proposal discussions, including solutioning, effort estimation, and client presentations.
• Should be comfortable engaging with stakeholders to articulate support strategies and value propositions.
