Short Description

I nfosys is seeking a Senior Manager -Client Services to grow our business within accounts in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Industry. The Senior Manager is accountable for all aspects of client relationship. The Senior Manager leads the effort to drive new business growth, preparation and execution of the Account plan, reviews Sales plan/pipelines, support and review proposal preparation and outcomes The Senior Manager will be engaging with senior stakeholders including CXO's for managing strategic accounts.

Job Responsibility
  • Drives new business at the existing client for Infosys
  • Identifies and drives large opportunities for new business
  • Managing accounts in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of the client's business context and challenges to craft tailored strategies that drive measurable value
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful engineering solutions aligned with client goals, contributing to sustained growth for both the client and Infosys.
  • Establishes partnerships to support client needs
  • Engages the relevant internal Infosys teams and service lines team for developing solutions..
  • Be the escalation point and if needed also directly handles risks and issues related to the accounts

Required skills
  • Demonstrated experience in Senior-level client-facing roles or strategic account management leadership roles
  • Experienced in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industry sector and new logo acquisition.
  • Strong domain understanding of Banking and Financial services.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies, with a proven ability to engage in consultative selling of IT solutions and outsourcing services tailored to client needs.
  • Experienced in managing business portfolio of $25 Mn+
  • End to end account ownership including account forecasting, budgeting, operations and overall P&L
  • Strong Client Relationship Management skills; engagement with Client General Managers and CXOs
  • Deep experience in client engagement in a Global delivery model and drive solutions and financial decisions with offshore teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and deliver results within modern environments such as Global Capability Centers (GCCs), leveraging cross-functional collaboration and global stakeholder engagement.
