Short Description
Infosys is seeking a Senior Manager-Client Services to lead and grow our business within an existing portfolio in our Financial Services business with a focus on Insurance. You will be responsible for navigating the accounts, developing the account plan and adding value to the client.

We're looking for a self-motivated candidate who is passionate and understands the Digital & Technology landscape/trends. As part of our Insurance and Financial Services business, you will play a key role in building and cultivating relationships and opportunities within an existing portfolio. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative, high-quality solutions to meet our clients' business needs.

Location: Sydney

Main Responsibilities
• Develop and present proactive proposals to the client in line with the account strategy
• Engage the relevant internal Infosys teams and service lines team to develop solutions
• Handle risks and issues related to the accounts, including delivery oversight ensuring there is strong governance in place
• Set and manage client expectations ensuring strong client satisfaction

Skills /Competencies:

• Strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
• Significant experience in IT Services experience including relevant Global Delivery Model experience
• Track record of interacting and building relationships with Head-offs, Executive and CXO level client contacts
• Significant business development and project management experience
• Experience in the Insurance and Financial Services industry will be critical
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
