RTR Accounting Assistant with German

We are looking for a candidate who has:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance or finished accounting courses
- Proficiency in both English and German at a minimum B2 level
- Ability to understand both the broader business context and detailed data aspects
- Good team player
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Practical knowledge of Excel, familiarity with SAP would be a strong asset

Your key activities:
- Perform reconciliations, journal entries, fixed asset accounting, and reporting to support month-end and year-end close
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner in both German and English
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Identify and suggest process improvements
- Meet business (SLA) and individual performance targets
