Infosys is seeking Retail Banking Data Analyst.
In this role you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irving/ Richardson, TX or Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Experience as Data Analyst.
- At least 2+ years of experience as BA in Retail Banking, Digital, Core Banking, Deposits and Lending.
- At least 2+ years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
- Domain Expertise: Must have Retail Banking experience with Loans and Deposits module.
- At least 2+ years of experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs; Banking or Finance industry preferred.
- Experience in validating data accuracy for performing data analyses through various testing procedures and data controls to identify business insights.
- Perform data flow research and analyze data sources to design data mapping and transformation solutions.
- Proficient in using data management and analysis tools including basic Microsoft applications, Tableau, Power BI and Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in System Query Language (SQL).
- Able to write use cases in Retail banking to implement Artificial Intelligence in retail banking.
- At least 2 years of experience with Agile methodologies (preferably Scaled Agile) as a Business Analyst.
- At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following Financial Services / Banking domains / Banking products.
- Working knowledge of Tableau (report consumer, developer, etc.).
- Demonstrated understanding of Database structures.
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
- Excellent understanding of Retail Banking application minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Core Banking migration work stream.
- Excellent understanding of Deposits, Lending, Digital and Payments interface system.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming and product prioritization meetings.
