Short Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Environment Manager / Lead to oversee the design, configuration, and maintenance of end-to-end non-production environments, both on-premises and in the cloud. This role involves ensuring optimal functionality and availability of test environments to support program needs and facilitate efficient testing processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and configure end-to-end non-production environments, encompassing both on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
- Continuously monitor and maintain test environments, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with program requirements.
- Implement and enforce test environment policies, processes, and standards, including controls to identify and mitigate internal issues and risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve environment-related issues and promote best practices across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in health check processes, tool frameworks, and practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and documentation repository for test environment configurations and setups. Measure and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and telemetry data related to test environments
- Proficiency in Public Cloud Technologies: Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in stakeholder and program management.
- Effective negotiation skills to manage environment contentions and coordinate across multiple programs.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly in Incident, Change Management, and Problem Management.
- Experience with industry-standard test environment management tools/platforms.
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow (SNOW) for day-to-day environment management.
- Skilled in utilizing monitoring solutions such as AppDynamics, Splunk, and automation utilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within the DevOps CI/CD ecosystem.

- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
