Short Description:
Partner with the Hiring Leaders to define specific roles, locations and functional areas, make a sourcing plan for corporate, volume & graduate hiring roles, work on external employer branding, vendor management, research and analysis, while providing the best-in-class stakeholder management experience and candidate experience.

Location: Sydney or Melbourne

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • End to End Recruitment: Partners with Hiring Leaders to identify, source, and manage the end-to-end hiring activities. Planning involves to define specific roles, technology, locations and functional areas, scans competitive activities in the region/ hiring track, determines hiring potential from key universities within the region in to order to develop the staffing plan to meet requirements of the units/ region.
  • Represent brand Infosys in external forums (career fairs, pre-placement presentations, vendor conferences, etc.), Develops and implements round-the-year engagement initiatives with key stakeholders in the region (faculty, recruits, potential candidates, universities management, etc.) leveraging alumni support, provides inputs to the branding team and executes the branding strategy to position Infosys as the Employer of Choice
  • Sourcing: Identifies most effective sourcing channels (advertisements, portals, referrals etc.) including posting job openings on various job sites and understanding the best way to source for the respective requirements including proactive and headhunting sourcing.
  • Managing stakeholders including internal hiring managers/teams, broader stakeholder groups and external stakeholders.
  • Delivering best in class candidate experience: Leads senior level hiring programs, positions the role appropriately to the candidate, develops niche hiring programs to attract talent from premier institutions/ organizations, integral part of the negotiation process with candidates, resolves conflicts, manages candidate management initiatives pre and post hiring, interacts with recruits at universities post hiring and sets expectations,
  • Research, Analytics & Benchmarking: Interacts with customers (universities/ peers group/ applicants etc), analyses historical trends within, leads benchmarking initiatives specific to the unit/ tech/ domain/ hiring track, recommends best in class practices for talent acquisition in order to generate insights into competitor landscape and determine focus areas to identify the Talent acquisitions trends and gaps
  • Partner with vendors to leverage outsourcing opportunities, enable vendor scalability through capability building, monitor performance and process compliance of vendors to ensure achievement of recruitment objectives.
  • Ensures adherence to recruitment standards/ process compliance.
Candidate Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Recruitment in an agency environment or internal, preferably within similar industry (Information Technology)
  • Strong experience with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Recruitment experience in graduate hiring is preferred but if you bring experience across hiring in sales, corporate and IT hiring we would like to hear from you
  • Strong sourcing strategy experience including proactive sourcing
  • Experience of working with different sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Experienced with stakeholder management and managing difficult conversations
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
  • You will bring strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and adaptability
