ReactJS/ NextJS Lead Developer

Infosys is seeking React JS Developer This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS and NextJS for building scalable web applications.
  • 4+ years of overall software development experience.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a Team Lead role.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of ReactJS, NextJS, and their core principles.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Solid grasp of JavaScript (and optionally TypeScript or ClojureScript) with ES6+ syntax.
  • Expertise in working with third-party dependencies and resolving dependency conflicts.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, document request models, and offline storage
  • Experience in working in Global Team and Co-ordinating with Distributed team
  • Experience with popular React workflows such as Flux and Redux.
  • Experience in creating, optimizing, and integrating API calls; background in API development is a plus.
  • Experience in Java Micro Services, SQL, GraphQL
  • Ability to create Technical Requirements Documentation from Product Requirement Documents.
  • Skilled in building high-level user interfaces using rapid prototyping methodologies.
  • Capable of designing application frameworks for use across multiple products.
  • Experience collaborating with internal technical teams to build platform elements supporting key product features.
