Infosys is seeking Quantitative Business Analyst with a strong background in Python and Mathematics. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing quantitative models, conducting data analysis and develop, test, and maintain high-performance applications using the Python. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and proficiency in Python programming and Machine learning. Strong knowledge of APIs, integration, data extraction, preprocessing will be an added advantage. You will be involved in requirements gathering, development, code deployment, enhancement and fixes and help with testing and documentation activities.
Location for this position is Irving, TX or Tampa, FL or Jersey City, NJ. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Experience in Python development, Mathematical modeling and software development .
- Knowledge of statistical models for risk assessment, pricing, and optimization.
- Atleast 3 to 5 years of experience in Python and its frameworks (Django, Flask, etc).
- Knowledge of statistical models for risk assessment, pricing, and optimization.
- Good knowledge of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Knowledge of data pipelines for efficient data processing.
- Knowledge of building RESTful APIs.
- Experience in using ORM libraries like SQLAlchemy database operations.
- Ability to perform testing and validation of quantitative models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Passion for coding and problem-solving
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Experience with banking industry will be and added advantage.
