Python Lead

Infosys is seeking a Python Lead. Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
4+ years of experience in Python and at least one major framework implementation (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
4+ years of progressive experience in software development, with 4+ years in a technical leadership role.
Strong experience with Azure cloud services and deployment pipelines.
Extensive expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with modern software configuration management and CI/CD tools (Git, Azure DevOps).
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and secure coding practices.
Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Front-end technologies (ReactJS, TypeScript/JavaScript), and Azure cloud services.
Good hands-on experience in database management such as MongoDB
Exposure to data analytics, machine learning, or AI in healthcare.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with healthcare industry

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
