職務内容

担当する職務および責務：
- PLM ソリューションアーキテクトとして、 Scrum チームによる開発作業の中心となる。
- 課題の定義で中心的な役割を担い、全体の解決策を見つけるよう促し、全体のソリューションやアーキテクチャにチームを導く。
- PLM ドメインの思想的リーダーとして、全体アプリケーションのソリューションアーキテクチャおよび設計に主要なアドバイスを行う。
- 社員の能力向上を支援する。
- 絶えず変わる世界情勢のニーズに弊社社員が応えられるようコンサルティングソリューションに付加価値を付ける。
技術的なスキルと経験
必須
- お客様の現在のプロセス、システム / ツールや課題を理解し、グローバル PLM システムを用いてソリューションを構築し提案できること
- BOM および設計ツール (CAD) を理解していること
- お客様の課題を理解し PLM ソリューションを提案したコンサルティング経験
- チームで働くスキルが優れていること
- PLM 経験が 7 年以上（ディスクリート業界の Windchill における PLM 知識があれば尚可）
- 製造業 / 製造現場での知識、製造業のプロセス、ツールおよびシステムに精通していること（あれば尚可）
- グローバルチームで働いた経験（あれば尚可）
- お客様と交渉した経験
- 自動車モビリティ の経験、または製造業ドメインのノウハウ
- 保持 (Retain）ドメイン、ライフサイエンスドメイン に精通している
専門性要件のほか、以下のようなパーソナリティも重視します。
- 高い解析スキルを有している
- 高いイニシアティブや柔軟性を備えている
- お客様目線で考えられる
- 気づくべきことを気づける
- 英語、日本語 両方で話す・書くのコミュニケーションスキルが高い（日本語は日本語検定 N2 以上 ）
