Short Description:
In the role of a Test Manager, you will be expected to oversee the testing process, ensuring the quality and reliability of software systems. Can take responsibility that extends Telecom domain expertise, leadership, and strategic planning.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Test Strategy & Planning: Can come up with comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring alignment with project goals and business requirements.
- Test Automation Leadership: Can oversee the selection and implementation of automation frameworks and tools to optimize testing efficiency. Understands the playwright tool and would be able to come up with new technical ideas.
- Technical Guidance & Support: Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide the testing team in best practices.
- Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and empower the testing team, ensuring skill development and performance optimization.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure testing processes comply with industry standards. Can go and talk to various projects and accounts within the organization and identify value adds that can be showcased and implemented in the current project.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Drive process improvements, productivity improvements, introduce new testing methodologies, and keep up with industry trends.
- Defect Management & Reporting: Monitor defects, collaborate with development teams for resolution, and provide detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with developers, project managers, Product Owners, Chapter leads and business analysts to ensure smooth integration and timely delivery.
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify testing risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent critical failures.
Essential:
- Years of experience: 10+
- Strong knowledge of Agile Process
- Strong Telecom domain knowledge
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Azure DevOps pipeline execution (Continuous Testing)
- Should have experience in implementing Shift Left process
- Should have experience in working with client stakeholders for demand capacity planning
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management
- Understand demand capacity planning and have prior work experience
- Can understand the current testing process and can come up with process improvements
- Good in various estimation techniques
- Customers handling and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with designers, architects, sales staff, field technicians and external customers.
- Well organized and able to do multi-tasking, problem solving, troubleshooting techniques and strategic thinking.
- Analytical skills to interpret and understand end user requirements.
- Capability to work with people in different time zones and interact with offshore team members, to support the Global Deliver Model
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong & effective customer relationships.
- Solid knowledge of the Testing best practices, and process experience in Information Technology.

- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
