- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
- 2 years of experience in a role with similar tasks
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Experience of growing, developing and curating high performance teams
- Demonstrated success in project/management methods and techniques
- Knowledge and experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge and experience in Agile development practices (Scrum Master)
- Desirable experience as Release Train Engineer (SAFe)
