In the assigned job role of Technology Project Lead 1, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. You will also be expected to build high-throughput, fault tolerant systems with requirements including elicitation, application architecture, definition and design. You will mentor and coach a team of QA engineers, testers, and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance . Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated capability in the following areas

• Experience in selenium automation testing and managing project on agile methodology.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes while ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications)
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Predict the project's time and effort, cost, and scope
• Drives project outcomes by shaping team structure with RACI, aligning goals with organizational priorities, coordinating across functions, applying predictive insights, and ensuring clarity in scope, risk, and stakeholder communication.
• Supports RFP lifecycle by analyzing requirements, mapping stakeholder roles, researching client context, contributing to solution articulation and storytelling, interpreting DPS financials, and coordinating with internal and external teams for pricing, references, and deliverables.
• Create compelling narratives by tailoring complex ideas to diverse audiences, encourage open dialogue to build alignment, navigates challenging questions with tact, and harmonizes cross-cultural perspectives to drive shared outcomes.
• Aligns execution with shifting priorities, anticipates risks, and adapts plans to sustain progress and closure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in designing and developing applications using Java or Python platforms with experience in Agile methodology and handling project management activities with client.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client signoffs
• Elicit, record and analyze requirements from the client to identify gaps/issues (both functional and non-functional)
• Ability to analyze, collect, process, and interpret information to identify patterns, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
• Ability to leverage data structures, algorithms and computational thinking to code.
• Ability to design architecture and provide solution.
• Solve defined short-term problems strategically and sometimes implementing targeted strategies, without engaging in long-term operations
• Ability to work in a team environment and resolve conflicts
