Infosys is seeking a Project Manager
As a QA Project Manager you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 8 years of Information Technology experience
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada
- Experience in software development and software development life cycles (waterfall/ agile)
- Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
- Experience in Test management skills.
- Able to manage large teams.
- 8 years of relevant experience in Software Testing and Engineering.
- Project Management experience and handling team of 8-10 team members
- Understanding Identity management domain and must be experienced in identity and access management applications testing (User creation, access provisioning/ deprovisioning, workflows, Login, User/ Role based security Multi factor auth among others)
- Ability to derive and execute functional tests with good coverage involving features user auth, security/ role access and privileges.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Experience creating test plan, defining test cases, executing test cases.
- Creating test data to support the execution of functional and non-functional test cases.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum)
- Expertise in testing cloud-based applications on Azure and AWS.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and Presentation Skills with strong Interpersonal and organization skills.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Good hands-on experience in other tools like Selenium, SoapUI, Postman, JIRA, ALM, Rally.
- Co-ordinate and collaborate with multiple teams to triage/ trouble shoot testing defects and conduct root cause analysis.
