Project Lead Manufacturing Domain

Infosys is seeking a seasoned Project Lead with 5 + years of experience in a global manufacturing company to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large data projects, interfacing with multiple ERPs, and managing both the business and IT side of projects. Candidate will have to Lead and manage large-scale data projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Able to Interface with multiple ERPs, coordinating and integrating data and processes. Manage both the business and IT side of projects, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between the two. Utilize Microsoft Project to plan, execute, and track project performance.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working in a global manufacturing company.
• U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor currently.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Proven experience leading large data projects and interfacing with multiple ERPs.
• PMP and Scrum certifications are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Experience leading both the business and IT side of projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Transportation Management application implementation.
• Experience with Global Trade compliance application implementation. Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing procurement experience.
• Experience with Sales Force Implementations. Experience with CLM systems like Ivalua.
• Previous experience as a Business Systems Analyst. Experience in Data Mapping and Solution Design.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Great curiosity and willingness to question, undaunted by hard technical problems
• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication

For candidates based out of CA, WA, NY states, estimated annual compensation will be $73000 to $102200.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
