Project Consultant(PMO)

Infosys is seeking a Project Consultant (PMO) - The position will primarily be responsible for product ownership on custom IT applications. The selected candidate should have good technical knowledge, analytical ability, good communication and previous experience in leading as product owner. Candidate should have experience of managing the team and have good understanding of Incident and Problem management.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require relocation and or travel to project locations.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in project/program management, preferably in billing systems or data migration projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale data conversion initiatives.
• Strong understanding of billing platforms, data structures, and migration best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecom, utilities, or subscription-based industries.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data migration tools and platforms.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
