Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and governance of strategic recruitment programs while embedding Agile principles within the HR and talent acquisition function
  • Ensure delivery excellence, operational agility, and continuous improvement in the organization's hiring processes
  • Design and manage enterprise recruitment programs (leadership, diversity, volume).
  • Develop hiring strategies aligned with workforce planning and business goals.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and vendor performance; report program metrics and insights to leadership.
  • Champion Agile mindset within recruitment teams through ceremonies, retrospectives, and sprints.
  • Coach stakeholders on applying Scrum/Kanban for HR operations and hiring initiatives.
  • Drive the adoption and sustainability of Agile principles, practices, and values across the organization
  • Organizing and leading Agile events, meetings, and processes to ensure alignment and progress
  • Identifying, tracking, and escalate roadblocks and risks to enable continuous delivery and smooth team performance
  • Drive iterative delivery, collaboration, and adaptability within talent acquisition.
  • Establish governance frameworks and dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Primary owner for Agile transformation and driving alignment between business and IT
  • Use analytics and retrospectives to identify process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy, and employment regulations.
  • Hands-on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Data-driven decision-making and scheduled and ad-hoc reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Program and stakeholder management
  • PI/ Sprint review, intake planning and resource allocation
  • Owner for PI/ Sprint metrics and parameter compliance.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience of Program Management and Recruiting/resource management within finance & banking industry.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally
  • Experience with time management and working on multiple projects at once
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to consult with various stakeholders and leaders across the GLB platform
  • Proven experience managing Agile teams and ceremonies.
  • Technical background or strong technical acumen to support planning and execution.
  • Experience with JIRA and Agile planning tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture and system design principles.
  • Background in software development or engineering is a plus.
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Experience in Financial Services domain and specifically on Credit Card domain
  • Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills
  • A high degree of initiative and flexibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
