Your Role
Program Manager for Digital Transformation projects for Insurance companies.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Infosys implements broad scope of automation and various tools and platforms, to greatly improve operations efficiency, to meet very aggressive multiyear targets for FTE reduction.
- Job Description:
- Program manager responsible for program planning and execution within insurance sector.
- Stakeholder management at different levels in the customer organization, to ensure successful sales win.
- Manage the PM office for project planning, scope management, issue and risk management, budget management - internal to Infosys.
- Managing programs within the sector with budgets ranging from 10M yen to 100M or more.
- Identifying cost optimization opportunities without compromising program quality.
- Lead cross functional teams to achieve program objectives.
- Risk management - Identify potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality programs.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 12 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Japanese citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
- At least 8 years of experience in project management, program management.
- Experience in life insurance
- Strong (near-native) Japanese skills, with business-level Japanese skills.
- At least 6 years of experience in Digital Transformation
- Experience in Agency Management Systems, Agency Portals, Claims systems.
- Experience on cloud migration or legacy migration projects
- Experience in Cloud
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in software development life cycle
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
