Infosys Consulting's Financial Services Practice is seeking experienced Program Managers with Capital Markets / Wealth Management Industry experience to be hired at a Senior Consultant Level.
As Senior Consultant, you will assist in the leadership and delivery of engagements. You will build on your experience designing and executing transformation programs. You will collaborate and interface with client stakeholders daily. You will also be involved in branding, thought leadership, and knowledge management efforts to provide value-adding consulting services that enable our clients to meet the global landscape's changing needs. You will anchor sales proposal preparation and engagement delivery efforts.
Responsibilities
- Proven track record of tracking and delivering large-scale programs in a timely manner with minimal cost escalations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks across program lifecycle
- Conduct ideation workshops with a team of global business & technical professionals & subject matter experts, translating those requirements into prioritized roadmap, help prepare business case to implement the roadmap, track value
- Experience in overall estimation of work requirements to provide the right information on project estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines and ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration and communication to ensure alignment of delivery goals. Drive functional and technical decision-making processes and resolve disagreements between teams
- Track and report on program metrics, milestones, and deliverables to executive leadership
- Strong program/project management skills with proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and project tracking software
- Ability to balance self-sufficiency with asking for help/information. Customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effectively identify opportunities and engage with the right team to implement and enable solutions wherever applicable.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations affecting program delivery
- Perform knowledge transfer to the client and supporting organizations throughout all phases of the project
- Providing & receiving regular feedback and ensuring effective communication and high satisfaction levels between the team and consultants under stressful circumstances
- Experience working in Capital markets functions and trading instruments in Fixed Income, Equity, Derivatives and OTC
- PMP, PGMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or similar project management certifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with customer centric mindset to focus on client needs.
- 5+ years working in agile culture with 3+ years of relevant experience working in the capital markets space
- Experience working as a Program/ Project manager in any Front Office, Middle-Office or Back-office implementation.
- Expert contributing to different phases of the Trade lifecycle and Experience working in Capital markets functions and trading instruments in Fixed Income, Equity, Derivatives and OTC.
- Strong Analytical and Communication skills along with Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize the items that maximize business value while receiving requests from multiple stakeholders at the same times.
- Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and team members to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- In depth analytical skills with the ability to synthesize findings.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating collaborative sessions, managing customer expectations, and ensuring work is aligned with the enterprise goals and objectives.
- Expertise with agile tools suites including Atlassian, MS Teams or similar agile management tooling
- Must be local to the Greater Toronto area .
- Ability and willingness to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.
