Infosys is seeking Product Analyst - SQL with Java. Join a team of highly motivated technology team that work at startup pace in a large corporation. This position will interface with key Client and Infosys stakeholders and apply global delivery model to execute large programs and lead overall Infosys delivery for the Client. The candidate should have good technical proficiency across different facets of Operations process supporting a Product and help in guiding and steering Infosys delivery. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience of SaaS implementation experience is strongly preferred
- Hands on experience in Postgres SQL & MS SQL with Java is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Java Springboot MS - microservices, Azure services, Kafka.
- Experience with healthcare domain and ITIL processes is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to drive for results and influence for impact.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, change management and adapt quickly to changing paradigm.
- Teaming/Collaboration - Provide inputs to daily status reports and provide timely updates for testing trackers on the module/POD assigned.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to develop lasting relationships with multiple hierarchy of Client executives as well as senior business or technical leaders
- Experience with enterprise scale Support team management for Operations
- Knowledge of Product Maintenance, Operations and Cloud security.
- Experience with a variety of problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to work with distributed teams in India and US and across time zones.
- Take complete ownership to ensure the success of all Operations work on a day to day basis.
- Communicating and facilitating discussions/decisions and impacts to key stakeholders across customer organizations both with business and IT teams.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
