Product Owner/Business Analyst
Infosys is seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst with extensive experience in business analysis across various services industry. This position will primarily be responsible for interfacing with key stakeholders; applying technical and analytical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Business Process Modeling, and Documentation; playing an important role in creating high-level functional artifacts and business process flows; delivering high-quality documentation for a module, leading validation for all types of testing, and supporting activities related to implementation and transition. The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Experience in Telecom BSS and OSS products.
Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in a business analysis role in any telecom, Risk, Compliance, or financial services industry.
• Proven experience in leading Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions for requirements gathering.
• Experience in Big Data initiatives and analytics data modeling techniques.

• Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, TFS, SharePoint, SQL, and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to communicate complex ideas to both business stakeholders and technical peers in written and oral form.
• Leading key functional and design meetings with stakeholders and the development team.
• Good communication and client-interfacing skills, cross-cultural working experience, and should be able to work with multinational clients independently.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
