SHORT DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead and oversee a team of Product Owners, driving the strategy and execution of digital products, this role reports into the Head of Product Strategy. Reporting to the Head of Product Strategy, you will be responsible for bridging high-level roadmap planning with squad-level delivery, ensuring alignment across design, technology, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor Product Owners, ensuring clarity in priorities, execution, and product vision.
  • Define and manage product roadmaps, balancing strategic goals with delivery realities.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, Tech Product Owners, and engineering teams to create seamless digital experiences.
  • Align stakeholders, ensuring customer needs, business goals, and tech feasibility converge effectively.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making, leveraging insights to iterate and optimize products.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital product management, with hands-on involvement in both strategy and execution.
  • Strong leadership in managing multiple Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in Agile & Lean delivery, working within squads to drive outcomes.
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with designers, tech leads, and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance long-term vision with tactical execution in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise or multi-market digital product delivery.
  • Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback loops.
