Job Description Procurement Analyst / Analista de Abastecimientos
Role - Infosys JL: Procurement Analyst
Education: Graduate / MBA / Engineer. Demonstrated academic achievement with qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Law or Science.
Experience: 3~5 years of work experience in a BPM, procurement, analysis and reporting role

  • Enthusiastic and able to drive own activities
  • Good concise English verbal and written skills (with suppliers and Client stakeholders)
  • Able to communicate to the point in a quick and effective manner, ability to summaries information
Role Activities:
  • Support PR validation, PO creation and post PO support activities as defined in the SOPs/ Client specific process.
  • Validate category selection, Redirect work to a more appropriate payment channel (if applicable), Identify and recommend other suppliers capable of doing the work, Work with teams across Procurement to redirect questions to appropriate teams.
  • Proactively propose improvement suggestions
  • Be able to interpret requests and determine what is required to achieve the desired goals.
