Procurement Agent with German
Łódź: Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź
Requirements:
- Good command of German and English (at least B2)
- 1 year of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement/Order Management/Logistics/Customer Service
- Customer orientation and proactive approach
- Handling multi and ad-hoc tasks
- Problem solving and analysis
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Team player
- SAP knowledge would be an asset
Responsibilities:
- Processing the order confirmations
- Processing orders in Jaggaer system
- Expediting
- Checking and prioritizing the delivery dates with suppliers
- Blocked invoice resolution
- Info records update
