Principal SAP SCM Enterprise Application Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP SCM Enterprise Application Consultant:

As Principal Enterprise consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization's financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  
• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.

• At least 11 years of experience in S/4HANA transformation projects, especially in Supply Chain area.
  Broad business insight with proven conceptual skills to interpret business and technical needs.
  Self-managing, results-oriented, priority management, Customer focused, Logical and analytical.
• Coordinating service delivery: Oversee the delivery of services to clients and coordinate the efforts of different teams to ensure that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitoring service performance: Track and monitor the performance of services, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with service level agreements: Responsible for ensuring that service level agreements are met, and that the services provided meet the required quality standards.
• Managing budgets: Responsible for managing budgets for service delivery, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively, and that costs are kept within budget.
• Building and maintaining teams: Responsible for building and maintaining high-performing teams, and for fostering a positive working environment.
• Continuously improving processes: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Deliverables: Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand/projects/opportunities
• Managing client relationships: Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met. Provide regular updates on service delivery and respond to client inquiries and concerns.
• Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
• Designs and executes solutions tailored to client needs.
• Should have proven track record of implementing supply chain and logistics best practices at client.
• Should have experience with logistics integration using enterprise adaptation for different technologies and solutions.
• Managing service delivery and partnering with business in their SAP transformation journey, enabling them for optimized scalable solutions to achieve competitive advantage.
• Understand the customer's requirements, business processes and solution landscape and guide the team in completing their deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to align business strategy with long term technology opportunities to maximize business benefits.
• Experience in building Supply Chain strategy e.g. Category management, Sales order Management, Planning Logistics etc.
• Supply chain consulting in manufacturing/Chemical set up is an advantage.
• Determine the internal and external cost drivers in Supply chain. Provide insight to enable client to make informed choices about the way in which the expenditure is deployed and drive more value from available resources.
• Implement best practice and seek opportunities to improve leverage to achieve competitive advantage for Client.
• Understanding of current and future market trends and dynamics.
• Define and develop proposals to automate supply chain activities to enhance value and efficiency.
• In this position the candidate will be responsible for overall delivery for client on various services we provide. He /She will work closely with clients in identifying, understanding, and meeting their specific needs and pain points. Success in this role will be demonstrated by improved client retention and satisfaction while growing new business opportunities with existing clients by converting opportunities into projects. He /She should have extensive experience in end-to-end Supply Chain
