Principal SAP PI/PO/CPI Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP PI/PO/CPI Consultant. As a Principal SAP PI/PO/CPI Consultant, you will be required to provide expert contribution to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 11 years of Relevant Information Technology experience
  • This role may involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD). Hence the eligible candidates must be US citizens or Permanent Residents only.
The estimated annual compensation for the state CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ will be $114000 to $167000 and Washington, DC will be $106000 to $147500

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in Detailed Architecture/Design of servers and landscape.
  • At least 8 years of experience in doing Archiving and Cloud Migration and Authentication projects.
  • At least 7 years of experience Monitoring: Check various dashboards for failures in interface execution, connection failures with end applications (A2A/B2B), B2B failures, etc.
  • At least 6 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
  • Experience in Problem management, Root cause analysis and Trouble shooting skills.
  • Experience in resolving connection issues by working with end applications for resolving any connection issue failures
  • Experience in tracking with the ability to check various messages/Files for functional process analysis like order rejections, business rule failures, etc.
  • Experience in Debugging/checking the message flow for any rejections due to data issue, payloads analysis, Mapping analysis, etc.
  • Experience in problem management
  • Knowledge on Azure infrastructure Direct connect set up and Azure Security ( app proxy , Entra Id and App gateway, Azure functions )
  • Knowledge of Solution Manager Alert setup (Technical Monitoring and Azure alerts configurations) customization. Knowledge of other functionality within Solution Manager is beneficial but not required.
  • Manage freeze periods, emergency changes, retrofit activities and decommissioning of systems during the upgrades and Migrations.
  • SAP Pi/PO or CPI certified Architect Preferred
  • Knowledge of Release Management concepts and processes
  • Knowledge of Transport Management concepts and processes
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
