Principal SAP FICO Consultant
Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP FICO Consultant. As a Principal SAP FICOConsultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team and subject matter expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
- This position may require travel to Project / client locations.
- This role may Involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD). Hence the eligible candidates must be US citizens or Permanent Residents only.
- At least 7 years of proven experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant
- Lead the configuration, enhancement, and support of SAP FI and CO modules:
• FI: General Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting
• CO: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, CO-PA, Product Costing - Analyze and resolve complex business process and system issues in a production environment.
- Collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and business teams to gather and document requirements.
- Deep functional knowledge of finance and controlling processes in complex SAP landscapes.
- Experience with financial month-end/year-end closing processes and integration with logistics modules (MM, SD).
- Deep functional knowledge of finance and controlling processes in complex SAP landscapes.
- An ability to write and validate functional specifications and conduct end-user testing and training.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ : $114,000 to $167,000
In Washington, DC : $106,000 to $147,500
