As a Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team and subject matter expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.
  • This position is based in Atlanta, GA. The role may require travel to project/Client's location.

Preferred Qualifications
  • As the Principal Consultant for SAP ARIBA, you will be responsible for providing technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, ensuring high-level design artifacts, Requirements Elicitation, Design and configuration in SAP ARIBA track, delivering high-quality deliverables, leading validation for all types of testing, and providing support related to implementation, transition, rollouts and warranty. You must have expertise in SAP ARIBA solutions, both upstream and downstream, Ariba SCC for both direct and indirect materials with extensive experience in the retail and manufacturing industry.
  • Work independently as SAP Ariba solution Architect.
  • To handle Client Work Shops and work on the E2E implementation
  • Offshore Onsite co-ordination
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Responsible for various stages - Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, Hypercare
  • To take care of the SAP Ariba solution required Activities as given below in primary skills
  • Must be well versed with hands on experience in SAP MM in S4 Hana and CiG integrations
  • Ability to analyze business processes for direct and indirect procurements and map them to SAP Ariba standard processes for SAP S4 HANA and SAP Ariba solutions with focus on direct materials
  • Provide end-to-end consulting on All SAP Ariba procurement solutions.
  • Manage large implementation teams & coordinate onsite and offshore efforts.
  • Lead system demo and blueprint workshops. Prepare functional specifications and detailed designs, conduct tests, coordinate with teams, manage cutovers to production and post-go live support. define gaps in SAP Ariba, integrations, and backend S4 Hana ERP processes for direct and indirect procurement relevant for Ariba implementations
The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
