Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Integration Assurance Consultant to lead the design, governance, and implementation of integration solutions that enable the seamless transition from legacy systems to modern workforce and HR platforms.

Your role
This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, scalability, and sustainability of integration architectures that support enterprise transformation goals, particularly in the domains of workforce planning, human resources, and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide the team to capture requirements and build understanding of legacy integrations during transition phase
  • Provide guidance to the team to architect and design the integration solutions that connect legacy systems with modern cloud-based HR and workforce platforms
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR business users, and IT teams to understand integration needs and guide the team to translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Work with the architects and technical leads to promote integration designs to align with enterprise architecture standards, data governance policies, and business transformation objectives.
  • Work with the team and lead evaluation and selection of integration tools, middleware, and API management platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration leads, developers and analysts.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for integration development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Plan to Conduct integration health checks, performance tuning, and ensure long-term sustainability of integration solutions.
  • Support change management and ensure minimal disruption during system transitions.
Required
  • Extensive experience in integration architecture and assurance, particularly within large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
  • Deep understanding of both legacy systems and modern workforce platforms, including workforce planning, human resource management, payroll, and talent management solutions.
  • Proficiency in API design, middleware technologies, ETL tools, and enterprise data integration frameworks, ensuring secure and scalable connectivity across systems.
  • Good knowledge of cloud-native architectures, hybrid integration models, and enterprise service buses (ESBs).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-aligned strategies.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in matrixed environments, working with cross-functional teams.
