Job Description:
Infosys is looking for a candidate with a strong utility and Field Service domain background in playing a techno-functional lead role in implementing FSM solutions for Electric and Gas Utilities in a multi-technology platform. The Candidate will need to have experience in implementing FSM solutions in European Utility markets. Experience in implementing and integrating GIS systems will be an added advantage. S/he should have experience of playing the FSM Functional lead role for 15+ years with proficiency in German language. Other European language knowledge will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:
  • Should be able to lead the design, build, test and deploy solution on one or more FSM platforms.
  • Ability to lead Technical Designs and Functional workshops with the customer
  • Should have broad knowledge of various FSM platforms: Salesforce, MS Dynamics, IFS etc
  • Knowledge of integration patterns with different other systems with FSM (e.g. SAP, Oracle) is required.
  • Should be able to run the functional workshops with business for FSM requirements
  • Should be able to do the demos during the functional workshops using the FSM product
  • Should be able to map the customer requirements into the product and suggest suitable solutions for the requirements
  • Should be able to create the AS-IS and TO-Be Process documents and identify gaps in the product if any. Suggest customizations using frameworks if the workaround solution is not appropriate for the utility.
  • Experience in interfacing with product vendors - technical and functional teams
  • Should be able to lead the development of functional design documents from the Functional specification documents and configure the package to meet requirements for projects in this area.
  • Should be able to capture the configurations required for the product and create a configuration document for the developers.
  • Should be able to guide, mentor and review the end to end solution and perform issue resolutions during support /Post-Go Live phase.
Required skills:
  • Proficiency in German speaking with fluency in English
  • 14+ years of total IT industry experience, with at least 10 years in implementing FSM Solutions for Utilities.
  • Experience of at least 4+ full-cycle implementation for a utility (Power/Water/Sewer) with hands on Functional and deployment experience in FSM.
  • Strong knowledge of FSM, GIS suite of solutions and development experience (web patterns) is required.
  • Should have strong knowledge of Utility Data Models that are aligned to the European standards.
  • Knowledge of integration patterns with different other systems (including Service oriented architecture patterns) for e.g. SAP is required.
  • Familiarity with process integration of FSM with other utility enterprise and operational systems.
  • Should be able to do AS IS, TO BE models, do the CRPs, able to do the product fitment
  • Exposure to European Regulated and De-Regulated Markets
  • Experience of leading development team, working with client teams/SMEs and leading them through the project life cycle.
  • Good interpersonal communications and analytical ability
  • Strong soft skills required
  • Ready to travel to client locations as needed
