Roles and Responsibilities:
Skills and Competencies:
- Microservice Development using Spring boot and Nodejs.
- Need to have Strong Java programming skills
- Demonstrable experience in using Spring framework and programming using Java, Javascript, nodejs, RESTful APIS, JSON, webservices.
- Knowledge on the deployments into AWS/Azure Cloud platforms.
- Experience in implementing Continuous Integration and Delivery using tools like GITHUB, SVN, Bamboo, Stash, Junit, Test Automation, Docker, code review tools.
- Understanding of platform architecture and technology
- Great debugging skills for both client and server side components.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver to timelines and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and peers.
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- Knowledge of Banking and Financial services domain is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Application Development principles and Patterns/models.
- Core Java/J2EE/REST API/Spring MVC/Sprint Boot/XML/Hibernate
- Must have experience in REST API and Spring and Dev Ops (Maven/Bit Bucket/automated build)
- Good in Java Security Concepts
- Good in database. Experience in PL/SQL, SQL Server
- Team organization and management, including working with geographically diverse teams.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile Methodology and usage of Kanban, Sprint boards, Agile ceremonies, etc.
- Working knowledge in DevOps model.
- Knowledge on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)
- Knowledge on Test Driven Development (TDD) and Business Driven (BDD) approaches.
- Usage of Test Automation technologies like Junit, Bamboo, Mockito, Webdriver, Selenium, Mocha, Cucumber, etc.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
